I don’t know why I can’t just not count calories and eat healthy.
I start off great and then just eat crappy foods

note: only eat one or two cookies and try and lean towards a good dinner and healthy snacks

-hit the gym (hard)
-pray that in the mail i receive either

b. dads ipod
c. my shoes
d. my new pin number
or e. all of the above
-take caity shopping if she wants
-study
-eat healthy
-have a third consistent day without coke zero!
-post the ebay items i sold
-do squats
-plan when ill be trying zumba! aaaaaaaand yeah :)

I haven’t had any coke zero the last two days… Hooray for that!
But my eating has been pretty dodge for the last three days, I have full intentions of cleaning my act up tomorrow! Unsure of whether I should weigh on Wednesday but yeah that’s my update… I currently have a food baby Gah
that i have some reforms i need to apply to my everyday life
1. i need to stop drinking coke zero/pepsi max etc …
i use it to stop cravings and help me when i’m bored but i just drink it in excess its crazy and addictive. my body does not need the chemicals or bloating it gives me. i will probably chew some gum instead and cause i have major bowel issues chewing gum will help with my bowel movements too, but again i can not have gum in excess amounts only at desperate times.
2. snack smarter
i need to start having yoghurts, fruits, dried fruits, nuts, carrots and hummus, celery and peanut butter etc as my snacks. i usually have sugary ones because i feel it will help prevent binges. i think i am stronger then that now and i feel i will be able to stop snacking on sugary treats and after a week or two i wont even crave it anymore. i know it works i have done it before i can do it again. i will also try some greek yoghurts instead of my forme vanilla because its generally better for me.
3. have appropriate dinners
this has always been an issue for me. my family never cooks calorie and nutrition controlled meals… well sometimes but just no i like to cook my own food and know everything thats in it. and when i’m tired or just cant be bothered a lot of the time i end up having porridge or toast or cereals for dinner which is just too many carbs. i need to start having more protein at night and finish my meal with some fruit or something to stop dessert-like cravings after dinner.
4. let my body rest
now rest days are always an issue for me because i tend to overeat because it makes me stressed that i’m not working off any calories. and it just never ends well. however if i stick to these reforms i think it would make a difference and my intake will be nutritionally and calorie balanced and id be full. i will take up yoga and do it on rest days. and i will listen to my body when it cant take anymore instead of pushing it to the extent where i would need more then one day off or something.
5. eating at restaurants
i do go out for dinner a fair bit mainly because my boyfriend comes back from where he is studying policing each weekend and we go out with his family, its kind of just what is expected now. for example i am going out for dinner and trivia tomorrow night.. this will be difficult for me but i will examine the whole menu properly and not judge meals just on their calories but on their nutrition. this way i will be satisfied and not blah wanting chocolate etc..
6. bowels
i need to eat as much fibre as possible to get them going i also need to religiously take my prescriptions for them!
7. classes
i will do more classes at the gym and finally try zumba!!

i really need to clean up my intake, it always goes pear shaped when i come to mums cause she has nothing, but im keen :) i have tomorrow as a rest day and im seeing my boy and i will be good, we will definitely be going out to dinner. I WILL NOT get a schnitty and chips i will get a salad or something much better for me :) I WILLLLLLL have a healthy weekend and be happy with my results on wednesday :)

so since weighing 65 i have kinda started to weigh more from eating more :( i weigh around 66.5 i reckon, i’m going to start counting calories for a couple of weeks to go down to 64 so then i have a buffer for when i start eating regularly again, the weight should come off pretty quick cause of how high i’ve been eating and a lot is water weight i’m assuming, so yeah about 1500 calories a day plus any exercise i do. i also want some fat burning supplements if you guys have any suggestions? yeah so keen to start again and get rid of these 2 and a half kilos! i can do it :):)
im gunna try and eat
weetbix for brekky or muesli and yoghurt and fruit
a fruit or vege snack such as carrot sticksor a reasonably healthy muesli bar for a snack
lunch can be a sandwich with spread or meat or salad
snack 2 will be same as snack 1 or a protein bar etc
dinner will be meat and veg
and after dinner snack will be yoghurt or low calorie mousses/weight watchers dessert or anything haha
